New JP Technopolymer Solenoid Valves

The new ODE 21JP and 31JP plastic solenoid valves series is characterized by the body entirely made in high quality PPS, that besides being fully compatible with applications of brass version, can reduce the limestone sedimentation ensuring a better product life. The high quality technopolymer used for this solenoid valves series is resistant against chemical and physical agents, allowing so their usage with and multiple fluids low pressure steam up to 140 ° C. In addition, the PPS provides a good tolerance level to ultraviolet rays and flames exposure. The valves have 4 fixing holes ensuring interchangeability with the brass series and giving wider mounting flexibility. This new series has been subjected to numerous tests, including tests in ambient temperature and fluid for 900 hours, thermal stress and life cycles tests. Obviously all tests have been performed in real life applications. The available series includes 2/2 way N.C. and 3/2 way N.C solenoid valves, with the possibility to obtain the NSF approval and on demand the UL approved coil. The 21JP series works with coils 2.5W as well as 5W for energy savings purposes and lower operating temperatures.
